Additional Narrative

Unit # 1 was disabled facing north bound; blocking both west bound lanes of travel from previous crash (incident number #########) Unit # 4 was standing outside of Unit # 1 when he was struck by Unit # 2.. Unit #2 then jack knifed and struck Unit # 3 in the right rear quarter before vearing north bound and striking the concrete barrier. The driver of Unit # 1 wasi transported by Columbus Fire Medic # 829 to Mt. Carmel East in critical condition where he was treated by Er Staff. Unit # 4 was pronounced deceased by Columbus Fire Engine # 23 at 12:11 am. AIU responded and processed the scene.
