Additional Narrative

The Witness stated that Unit #1 was traveling in the eastbound lanes of E 5th Ave heading eastbound when it swerved and drove away from the scene and exited onto the James Rd exit. The Witness also stated that he did not see the collision but saw that Unit #2 injured in the roadway after Unit #1 swerved. The witness described Unit #1 as a dark colored 4 door sedan with a lot of front end damage. CFD Medic #20 responded and transported Unit #2 in critical condition to Grant hospital. No physician information was able to be obtained. A possible suspect car was stopped and held for interview (see INC ##########
