UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON SR 117. UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL ON THE ICE COVERED BRIDGE CAUSING IT TO SPIN. UNIT 1 REGAINED CONTROL; CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND STRUCK UNIT 2 HEAD ON IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE. UNIT 2 HAD A BOAT IN TOW DURING THE ACCIDENT. THE DETAILS OF THE BOAT ARE AS FOLLOWS: 2070 LUND 90 HP MERCURY OUTBOARD AND TRAILER WAS A 2022 VIN NUMBER - 5KTBS2218NF548976 ALL WERE DAMAGED DUE TO THE ACCIDENT. NEXT OF KIN NOTIFICATION WAS MADE TO MELISSA FULLER OF 958 RICHIE AVE LIMA; OHI. PX 419-812-4798. SGT BROWN PROVIDED WHAT DETAILS WE KNEW OF THE CRASH AND INSTRUCTED HER TO PROVIDE A POLICY # FOR THE INSURANCE. ALSO TO REACH OUT TO CORONER SO THEY HAVE A CONTACT FOR NEXT OF KIN.
