UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON THE EXIT RAMP FROM NB I71/EB SR562 TO RIDGE AV. UNIT 1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN REASONABLE CONTROL NEAR THE END OF A CURVE AND STRUCK THE CONCRETE WALL ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD. UNIT 1 THEN CROSSED BOTH LANES OF TRAVEL; SPUN; AND STRUCK THE WALL ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.
