Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling north on US 62. Unit 2 was traveling south on US 62. Unit 1 crossed the center lane of travel into the southbound lanes of travel; striking Unit 2.  Unit 1 was transported to Mt. Carmel East Hospital by Plain Township Medic 122 where they were later pronounced deceased by Dr. Hockenberry at 1902 hrs.
