Unit 2 stated she was driving SB on Busch Blvd in the right lane and passed the intersection of Busch Blvd and Shapter Ave. Unit 2 stated as she continued SB Unit 1 was just standing in the roadway and struck them. Worthington Medic 101 responded to scene and pronounced unit 1 at 2006 hours. Unit 2 stated she had Geico insurance. CPD Accident Investigation Unit (AIU) responded to scene and took over the investigation. Unit 1 had no ID and could not be identified at the time of the acident. Unit #1 has been identified as Dhan Basnet
