Unit 1 had just been involved in a separate accident at Brice Rd and Chatterton Rd and purposely struck a person  Unit 1 fled the scene of the first accident and was westbound on Chatterton Rd at a high rate of speed Unit 2 began turning from Fleet Rd. onto eastbound Chatterton Rd. Unit 1 struck Unit 2 in the middle of the roadway Unit 2 spun; rolled; struck a fence and came to rest on the south side of the roadway on the sidewalk The driver of Unit 2 was ejected during the crash and landed on the southside of the roadway The driver of Unit 1 was trapped in the vehicle The driver of Unit 1 was transported in serious condition to Mt. Carmel East The driver of Unit 2 was transported to Mt. Carmel East in critical condition The driver of Unit 2 was pronounced deceased by Mt. Carmel East personnel at 12:11 pm.
