UNIT 1 WAS FOUND DOWN IN THE ROADWAY IN FRONT OF 3041 WALTER ST. HE STATED TO MEDICAL PERSONNEL THAT HE HAD BEEN STRUCK BY A VEHICLE BEFORE BECOMING UNRESPONSIVE. UNIT 2 STRUCK UNIT 1 AND LEFT THE SCENE.
