This accident occurred on Saturday, October 21st 2023 at approximately 4:44 am. Injuries were reported. An officer from Colerain Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit 1 was traveling westbound on I-275 Highway near the 31.06 mile post Unit 1 failed to maintain reasonable control of her vehicle driving off the left side of the roadway into a grassy median. As unit 1 continued along the grassy median;  it struck a concrete sewer lip causing the vehicle to lose its balance and rollover. The vehicle rolled over several times causing the driver to be ejected out of the vehicle. The driver came to final rest in the grass median facing a general westbound direction. Unit 1 came to rest on all four wheels approximately 150 feet west from the body facing a general eastbound direction. The driver of unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene by Colerain EMS.
