Unit 1 was traveling south on SR 235 and appeared to be free rolling through the intersection of US 33. Unit 1 struck a tree at 250 West Lake Ave. A witness to the incident advised the car was rolling slowly from SR 235 into the intersection of US 33 and crossed onto Lake Avenue. The vehicle then struck a tree and stopped rolling. The driver was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead. It is believed at this time the driver may have suffered from a heart attack while in transit.
