Unit #1 was traveling northbound on State Route 4 north of Denzer Road when it went off the west side of the roadway and continued northbound in the ditchline. Unit #1 struck a culvert and began overturning at which time the driver was ejected into the northbound lane of State Route 4 where he was struck by Unit #2 which was traveling northbound on State Route 4. Unit #1 came to restin the west ditchline of State Route 4.
