Unit 1 was traveling generally southbound in the 4700 block of East Miami River Road. The operator of Unit 1 had just completed negotiating a right bound turn when Unit 1 abruptly crossed the center dividing lines and exited off the left side of the roadway. Unit 1 then immediately struck a small ditch and embankment. As a result; Unit 1 became longitudinally displaced and rolled clockwise onto its rooftop. Unit 1 came to an uncontrolled rest facing southwest; entrapping the operator of Unit 1.The Miami Township Fire / EMS Department arrived on scene and mechanically extricated the operator of Unit 1 from his vehicle and then ground transported the operator to a temporarily established landing zone to await an air ambulance. Upon arrival of the air ambulance; the onboard flight doctor; Dr. Akanksha Vaishnav; pronounced the operator of Unit 1 deceased at 02:24hrs.
