UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON MEEKER ROAD AND AFTER HAVING MADE THE REQUIRED SAFETY STOP AT DOG LEG ROAD PROCEEDED INTO THE INTERSECTION TO CONTINUE STRAIGHT AHEAD AND IN DOING SO; FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY; AND COLLIDED WITH UNIT #2 WHICH WAS TRAVELING SOUTH BOUND ON DOG LEG ROAD IN THE SOUTH BOUND LANE. ON APPROXIMATELY OCTOBER 24; 2023 THIS AGENCY WAS CONTACTED BY THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY CORONERS OFFICE INFORMING US OF THE DEATH OF RODNEY J. ROTHWEILER.
