Additional Narrative

On Thursday; October 19; 2023; in the City of Urbana; Champaign County; Ohio 43078; Unit 1 was driving westbound in the 400 block of Washington Avenue before driving off the northside of Washington Avenue and striking a DPL Inc. pole #47315. Unit 1 continued traveling westbound on Washington Avenue into the 300 block. Unit 1 struck the rear of Unit 2. Unit 2 was parked along the northside curb; in the westbound lane facing westbound; unoccupied. Unit 2 was pushed into a tree and continued westbound to the final resting spot on Washington Avenue; facing southwest; across both eastbound and westbound lanes. Unit 1 stopped close to Unit 2; to the east of Unit 2 facing southwest. Both Units had disabling damaging. Unit 1 had the front driver side airbag deploy.
