Unit 1 is pushing Unit 2 in a stroller S/B across Opportunity Corridor from the north edge of the Corridor in the marked crosswalk but against the traffic signal. Unit 3 is W/B on Opportunity Corridor with a green traffic signal and strikes Unit 2. Unit 3 continues W/B without stopping. Approximately 4 hours later the driver of Unit 3 turns himself in to Police.
