ON 10/1/2023 THE HARDIN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WAS DISPATCHED TO COLLISION THAT OCCURRED ON W. ZIMMERMAN ST.; FOREST; OHIO AT APPROXIMATELY 12:13 PM. WHEN DEPUTIES ARRIVED ON-SCENE THEY FOUND A 2002 CHEVY S10 PICK-UP TRUCK THAT COLLIDED WITH A TREE. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE 18 YEAR OLD MALE NAMED CHASE CLARK WHO WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL WHEN DEPUTIES ARRIVED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE BY OSBORN'S TOWING.
