Unit 1; A pedestrian was attempting to cross from the north curb to the south curb in front of 212 W. Parkwood Ave. When unit 2 who was eastbound on W. Parkwood Ave. struck unit 1 causing fatal injury. Unit 2 then fled the scene without stopping to identify themselves.
