Unit 1; a pedestrian wearing dark outer clothing; is laying face down on the roadway in the W/B lane of W. St. Clair Avenue west of W.9 Street. Unit 2 is W/B on W. St. Clair Avenue and runs over Unit 1. The driver of Unit 2 does not realize a person has been run over. Unit 2 continues W/B. Driver of Unit 2 contacts authorities on Tuesday; October 03; 2023; believing she may have been involved in this accident. Video obtained of the accident.
