Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was stopped in lane 1 for the red light northbound on Kelly Ave at 3rd Ave. Unit 2 was traveling at a high rate of speed on Kelly Ave towards 3rd Ave and attempted to pass unit 1 on the left. Unit 2 struck unit 1 lost control; struck a curb and then a pole with the front end. Positions of occupants for unit # 2 unknown at this time.
