OFFICERS LOCATED UNIT #1 ON HAMILTON AV. AT STRUBLE RD. AND APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT. UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON HAMILTON AV APPROACHING STRUBLE RD WHEN IT EXITED THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY STRIKING THE GUARDRAIL AND CAUSING DAMAGE ALONG THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT #1 WAS FOUND UNCONSCIOUS AND EMS WAS SUMMONED. THE DRIVER OF UNIT #1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED. INVESTIGATORS RESPONDED FROM THE HAMILTON COUNTY CORONER'S OFFICE AND SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP. INVESTIGATORS BELIEVE THE DRIVER SUFFERED FROM A MEDICAL EVENT PRIOR TO THE CRASH.
