Additional Narrative

Unit one was traveling Eastbound on Cedar Road and approaching the intersection with Goodnor Road when unit 2 was making a left (Southern) turn from Westbound Cedar Road to Southbound Goodnor Road. Unit one attempted to brake causing the moped to fall and slide. The operator and moped slid into unit two where unit two ran over the driver of unit one and struck unit one.
