Additional Narrative

Unit 01 was traveling southbound on Parkside approaching Dorr St when unit 01 struck the traffic light pole on Dorr St. TFD was able to get the driver of unit 01 out of the vehicle. Life Squad transported unit 01 to Toledo Hospital. Once at the hospital unit 01 was pronounced deceased at 0420 hours. This officer spoke with a passenger inside the vehicle Miss. Wilborn. Miss Wilborn stated they were coming from Niro Bar which is located on Superior St when unit 01 struck the pole. Other bars they went to that night to drink was the Palace on Alexis Road. Investigation continues
