Description

Additional Narrative

Unit 02 was traveling the wrong way on the High Level bridge. Per a witness who called 911; she stated she saw a white SUV heading towards Clayton going the wrong way on the High Level Bridge. Unit 01 was traveling on the High Level heading towards east Toledo; when Unit 02 struck unit 01 head on. Unit 01 had life ending injuries. Unit 02 was traveling to Saint Vincent by Life Squad 2. Unit 02 has a broken leg and dislocated ankle. Investigation continues. This is a new updated version of the last OH-2 this officer made. Unit 01 and unit 02 were switched. Also a new crash location is Broadway& Clayton.
