UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON E 141 ST WHEN UNIT #2 WAS TRAVELING WEST AND WALKED INTO THE ROADWAY WHICH WAS NOT A CROSSWALK AREA. UNIT #1 STRUCK UNIT #2 AT APPROXIMATELY 25MPH. UNIT #1 WAS UNABLE TO SEE UNIT #2 DUE TO THE DARK ROADWAY.
