Additional Narrative

The driver of Unit # 2 stated that while traveling westbound I 70 at mm 104; Unit # 1; which was traveling east bound in the west bound lanes of travel struck her in the drivers side causing her to roll several times. Unit # 1 then struck Unit # 3 head on. The front seat passenger of Unit # 1 was pronounced deceased at 2:15 am by Columbus Fire Medic # 15. The driver of Unit #1 was transported in critical condition by Columbus Fire Medic 15 to Grant Hospital. The rear seat passenger was transported to Grant Hospital by Columbus Fire Medic # 2 in critical condition. The driver of Unit # 3 was transported by Columbus Fire Medic # 21 to Grant in Critical condition. The driver and passenger of Unit # 2 were both transported to OSU East hospital in stable condtion by Columbus Fire Medic 20 in stable conditon. AIU responded and processed the scene.
