VIDEO SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE SHOWS UNIT 02 TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED WEST BOUND ON I-480. UNIT 01 AT THIS TIME WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADWAY FROM MVA (20230960); WITH NO ONE INSIDE THE VEHICLE. UNIT 02 STRUCK UNIT 01; THE DRIVER OF UNIT 02 WAS THEN EJECTED FROM THE MOTORCYCLE.
