Unit 1 was traveling Northbound on I-271 North in lane 3. The rear passenger side tire on the tag axle on Unit 1 blew out; causing Unit 1 to shift its weight to the driver's side. Unit 1 crossed over lane 2 and lane 1 to the left before running off the left side of the roadway striking the guard rail which caused unit #1 to roll over onto the driverside coming to final rest.
