Unit 1 was traveling southbound on SR 747 in the right lane. Unit 2 was also traveling southbound on SR 747 in the right lane. Unit 1 failed to leave assure clear distance by striking Unit 2 in the rear. Unit 1 then fled the scene. R/O of Unit 1 advised insurance for vehicle is Progressive; #07773217.
