Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling northbound on Reynolds just south of Angola; drove off the roadway on the east side of Reynolds; struck a bus stop sign; struck a support cable for a utility pole and struck a traffic signal pole. Unit 1 spun; ejecting the operator of Unit 1 and the vehicle came to rest on the a grassy area just north of Angola.
