Unit 1 was westbound on Nebraska approaching Ewing. Unit 2 was eastbound on Nebraska approaching Ewing. Unit 1 began to make a left turn to go northbound on Ewing. Unit 2 continued through the intersection. Unit 1 and 2 collided resulting in heavy vehicle damage. Operator of unit 2 was transported to St Vincents; operator pronounced deceased. Investigation on-going.
