UNIT 01 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHEAST ON STATE ROUTE 158. UNIT 01 DROVE OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. UNIT 01 STRUCK A CONCRETE CULVERT. THE VEHICLE FLIPPED ON ITS TOP. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER WAS FOUND BY MEDICS UNRESPONSIVE. NOTHING FURTHER. DEPUTY T. BATROSS #52
