UNIT 01 WAS STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE ROUTE 158 AND NATIONAL ROAD. UNIT 02 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON NATIONAL ROAD. UNIT 01 TURNED LEFT ONTO NATIONAL ROAD. UNIT 02 ATTEMPTED TO STOP BUT WAS UNABLE STRIKING UNIT 01 IN THE DRIVERS SIDE OF VEHICLE. UNIT 01 CAME TO REST OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. UNIT 02 SPUN AROUND AND CAME TO REST ON THE ROADWAY. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 01 PASSED DUE TO INJURIES FROM THE ACCIDENT. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 02 WAS TREATED AT THE SCENE AND RELEASED. NOTHING FURTHER. DEPUTY T. BATROSS #52
