Unit #1 was parked on the parking lot of 1101 West Mulberry Street. Unit #1 drove into reverse off the parking lot onto North Pierce Avenue. Unit #1 continued to drive in reverse turned onto the railroad tracks. Unit#1 continued northwest along the railroad tracks the vehicle turned west drove off the railroad tracks down the embankment and the left rear of Unit #1 struck the side of the building at 1101 West Mulberry Street. Crash at 1101 West Mulberry Street; Lancaster; Ohio; 43130 Property District 2 Properties; LLC 1101 West Mulberry Street Lancaster; Ohio; 43130 740-216-0767 Damage to wall of building caused by Unit #1 striking the building. Hole in wall of building. Owner contacted and responded to the scene. Video obtained from Tamron Sandra Johnson Sr. (DOB 12-17-1976; #########) Person home video system at 1114 West Mulberry Street; Lancaster; Ohio; 43130 740-487-2301. Fairfield County Coroner investigator Paul Burleigh responded to Fairfield Medical Center to exam the Jerry Strickland Jr; who had a medical history with cardiac related issues. Burleigh requested the video and advised he would email me the Coroner ’ s report in six to eight weeks. Axon video recorder was used during this incident.
