Additional Narrative

Officers arrived to find unit #1 on its side with its rider unconscious and bleeding next to it in the center of the roundabout on N. Hamilton Rd. Witnesses state that the rider of Unit #1 approached the roundabout at a high rate of speed; lost control and crashed. Upon arrival Medics (CFD Medic # 29) evaluated and rushed the driver to Mt. Carmel East Hospital where he was pronounced deceased by Dr. Bryan Kelly. The Accident investigation Unit responded and completed the investigation.
