Units 1 & 2 were westbound on IR 76 near MP 26.4. Unit 1 was in lane 1 and Unit 2 was in lane 3. Unit 1 changed lanes; striking Unit 2. Unit 1 started to lose control; striking Unit 2 a second time. Unit 1 rotated 90 degrees going off the right side of the highway down an embankment. As Unit 1 went off the roadway; it began to roll; rolling an unknown number of times. The driver of Unit 1 was ejected from the vehicle. Unit 1 continued rolling down the embankment; striking a fence before landing in a creek. The driver of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased on scene.
