Unit 1 was traveling northbound on Lewis just south of Alcott. Unit 1 crossed the center line and crossed the southbound lane of travel; drove of the left side of the road onto the grass and struck a utility pole in front of 4425 Lewis. The operator of Unit 1 was found in the vehicle un-responsive. Responding unit provided emergency assistance until Toledo Fire arrived on-scene. The operator of Unit 1 was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for emergency intervention. Operator of Unit 1 time of death: 22:26 hours by Dr. Afaneh at St. Vincent Hospital. No insurance provided.
