Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was lying in the roadway in the Westbound through lane of SR17 from the result of a previous motor vehicle accident. Unit 2 was traveling Westbound on SR17 in the through lane. Unit 2 approached the area of 16600 Brookpark Road and did not observe the operator of Unit 1 lying in the roadway. As Unit 2 passed the area of the accident; it drove over the operator that was lying in the roadway at approximately the speed limit (35mph.)
