Unit #1 was facing westbound at a stop sign on a private drive near 11406 US 250. Unit #2 was in the left lane (center lane) traveling northbound on US 250 near the listed address. Unit #1 failed to yield from a private drive pulling into the roadway attempting to make a left turn failing to yield to Unit # 2 causing a collision between both Units.
