Unit #1 was in a yard of the property. Unit #2 was at the porch of the property. Unit #1 attempted to back up after checking on Unit #2. While backing; Unit #2 ran behind Unit #1. Unit #1 ran over Unit #2. Unit #2 suffered fatal injuries. On August 4; 2023; I was dispatched to 5372 CR 26 reference an injury accident. Dispatch advised a five year old had been driven over. When I arrived; I noticed Oliver Diaz performing chest compressions on Silas Hammond. Oliver was currently on the phone with 911. I advised Oliver I could take over the chest compressions. While taking over compressions; I observed Silas. Silas was laying on his back with his head facing west. Silas' feet were to the east. Silas' face was facing to the north. I noticed Silas' eyes partially open and a large amount of blood was coming from Silas' mouth and ear. Oliver's vehicle was approximately five to ten feet away from Silas' head. Due to it being close and medical personnel was enroute; I instructed Oliver to back the vehicle up for more room. Oliver's vehicle is a white 2015 Ford F350 with Ohio registration KCU7129. Raechel Brown is the wife of a volunteer fire fighter who showed up on scene. Raechel advised she heard her husband's pager go off and lives right around the corner. Raechel stated she was a nurse and wanted to help. Raechel took over chest compressions/C
