Description

Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling westbound in the 8000 block of SR 613. The driver of unit #1 failed to negotiate the curve and traveled off the left side of the roadway. Unit #1 took evasive action just east of 8125 SR 613 and struck a tree in the front yard of the residence. The driver of unit #1 was pronounced dead at the scene. The owner of 8125 SR 613 is David Gallant.
