Additional Narrative

Unit 01 was traveling east bound in the right lane of IR 74; 400 ft. west of the 2.64 mile post when the driver appears to have suffered a medical emergency and started drifting left. Unit 01 ran off the road left; crossed over the grass median and into the west bound lane where Unit 02 was traveling in the right lane. Unit 01 struck Unit 02 head on disabling both vehicles.
