UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING EAST BOUND ON RONALD REAGAN IN THE EXIT LANE TO I75N. UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING EAST BOUND ON RONALD REAGAN IN THE MIDDLE LANE AND IMPROPERLY CHANGED COURSE TO GET INTO THE EXIT LANE BY CROSSING OVER THE EXIT LANE MARKINGS; STRIKING UNIT 2 AND THROWING THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 OFF OF THE MOTORCYCLE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 SUFFERED SERIOUS INJURIES AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL. UNIT 2 WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 DID NOT COMPLAIN OF INJURY. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS CITED FOR 'IMPROPER CHANGE OF COURSE" AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE UNIT 1 FROM THE SCENE.
