Additional Narrative

On listed date and time Unit 01 was traveling southbound on Parkside. This officer believes Unit 02 was traveling southbound on Parkside and struck Unit 01. Unit 01 was thrown from his motorcycle. Unit 02 fled the scene. TFD pronounced unit 01 deceased at 0150 hours. Further investigation a black Dodge Ram was located at Jefferson and 18th. The driver of the vehicle stated that a female took his car and was told by that female where is truck was located. This officer gathered the male information who said his truck was stolen. This investigation is still on going.
