Unit 1 was traveling Northbound on Blackbird Way with the two passengers riding on the rear bumper of the vehicle. Unit 1 came to the intersection of Blackbird Way and Bluestone Way and proceeded westbound on Bluestone; without stopping at the stop sign. Shortly after making the turn; one of the passengers fell from the vehicle and at this time sustained serious life threatening injuries. He was evaluated by medics on scene and transported to Mount Carmel St. Ann's. 126BR
