Unit #2 was transported to Grant hospital by CFD M181 in critical condition. Unit #1 was facing westbound on Proclomation Way; at Alum Creek Dr; waiting to turn left to continue southbound onto Alum Creek Dr. Unit #2 was driving at an unknown rate of speed; northbound in the left lane; on Alum Creek Dr; approaching Proclomation Way. Unit #1 failed to yield; and turned left in front of Unit #2. Unit #2 then struck Unit #1. Unit #2 sustained disabling damage to the entire vehicle; and Driver of Unit #2 was ejected onto the street. Hamilton Township Medic 181 transported Driver of Unit #2 to Grant Hospital in critical condition; and he was later pronounced deceased. Unit #1 sustained disabling damage to the vehicle. CPD AIU responded; and processed the scene.
