Description

Additional Narrative

The driver of unit 2 stated she was traveling west on Refugee Rd when unit 1 rear ended her and lost control and flipped over and went head on into traffic traveling east on Refugee striking unit 3. All occupants of unit 2 were fine with no injuries. The driver of unit 1 was pronounced dead at scene and the passenger was pronounced dead at a hospital later on. Three children from unit 1 were transported to Childrens Hospital in serious but stable condition and are expected to survive. The driver of unit 3 was pronounced dead at scene.
