Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was driving westbound on I-480; in the 4th lane from the median; approaching the Tiedeman Road overpass. Unit 1 struck a guardrail located just West of the Tiedeman Road off-ramp. The collision caused Unit 1 to overturn and strike a tree on the East side of the creek that runs between Tiedeman Road and the bottom of the off-ramp. The driver was ejected from the vehicle and came to rest on the West side of the creek.
