UNIT #1 WAS REPORTED BY WITNESS TO BE TRAVELING N/B ON IR-75 IN THE S/B LANES OF TRAVEL FROM SHEPHERD LANE.  UNIT #1 WAS FOUND TO HAVE STRUCK THE FACE OF THE MEDIAN WALL BETWEEN THE S/B IR075 LANES AND THE ON RAMP FROM GLENDALE MILFORD RD.  THE DRIVER WAS FOUND TO BE UNCONCIOUS AND UNRESPONSIVE.  NO PULSE WAS LOCATED BY OFFICERS.  OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO GET THE DOORS TO THE VEHICLE OPEN; AND WOODLAWN MEDIC 96 ARRIVED ON SCENE.  AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE BY MEDICS; AND THE SUBJECT WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASE BY UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER.
