Unit #1 was westbound E. Broad St. making a left turn onto southbound McNaughten Rd. and crashed with Unit #2 which was eastbound E. Broad St. at McNaughten Rd. Unit #1 was treated at scene for a hand injury. Unit #2 was pronounced deceased at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Accident Investigation Unit will be completing the investigation.
