Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was east bound on Airport Hwy. Unit 2 was west bound on Airport Hwy. Unit 2 drove into the east bound lanes and struck Unit 1. Both drivers were transported to UTMC by Life Squad 1 and Life Squad 4. The driver of Unit 1 was pronounce dead at UTMC at 2327 hours. The driver of Unit 2 was admitted to UTMC with serious injuries.
